i have one customer from Russia ,they visited our company on May 27 2015.because he can speak small English .so we didn't talk so much face to face ,he just told me that send him catalog later . then we try our best to contact him after he left . but without any reply . before they left from our company, his translator suggested add 20%commission when we send him the price list . once we hear that , at that time ,we didn't want to do anything with it due to his commission higher our profit . on the other hand ,it is not any disadvantage in our price if we did like that . about 20 days later , the customer contact us by skype , he asked us why not send him the price list? we told him the truth , he said it is none of business with translator ,just give him the price without commission. so the second day,we sent them the price list. it was a good beginning.he was very pleased with our price. he would pace the order in the near future. we are so excited that ,keep in touch with him everyday.but until now ,we didn't received his deposit . but we know ,we will ready his goods in the near future.
