Unexpected Epic Lunch!

For some reason when I dont plan things out they seem to work alot better than if I would of planned it.
Today I was running late to pick up twins from school so I couldnt stop and buy lunch and luckily my wife was making Mac & cheese with pork chops so I asked her to fry some plantains and eggs so that we could all eat together and she ended up preparing an awesome lunch meal!
As you can see in the picture, I had an epic meal for lunch today and was happy my wife improvised and we were all abel to enjoy lunch thanks to her!

The pork is it barbq or what?
It would take me a long time to eat that lunch and then I would need a nap ahah!

Yeah it was epic, and no bbq just a dry rub with soy sauce before frying since I dont like the pork taste, it did come out awesome though and I saved like 5 dollars that I would of spent on lunch!

That looks rather delicious I bet it was tasty too. Perhaps you won't believe but I only found out what Mac and cheese was this year! I always thought it was a McDonalds cheeseburger! Stupid me or what! LOL
