She doesn't want anymore fosters yet keeps taking them!

The girl from the shelter, basically you pick who you want to foster. Not once did I say she needs to take the animals. She sends me a text today saying she wants most of them gone. Well she's the one who said I'll take so and so home.
Well she has over 100 mice, 6 rabbits, parrots, cockatiel. I told her she's the one who took them not me. I think she just doesn't think before she does it. Many are in this mind set I need to help them. I only have the amount I can handle with my on animals. I know I couldn't take anymore on.
She keeps whining so I told her to bring them back then noone is making her take them.

It seems that some people don't know when to say know to animals. You can only do what you can do. I was adopted by three stray black kittens. They just showed up at my door in a storm. I told them no more friends. That was my limit.
