What Would You Like?

Presumably we all prefer to enjoy the company of our close friends rather than that of our acquaintances.
Here on Mylot we all are 'friends',but we are not close friends,by no stretch of the imagination.Perhaps we are not even acquaintances.
Given a choice where would you prefer to spend your time_ on Mylot,or with your close friends?
So far as I am concerned,I am puzzled.I want to live with my close,offline friends and at the same time,can't let go of the chance to enjoy with my 'friends' in Mylot community.
What about you?

Many of my friends are too busy to spend a lot of time. We do make plans and dates, though. Otherwise, you will find me online. Mostly here for social.

@GardenGerty,I,for one,can't take a decision immediately whenever my friends call on me and I have time to be on Mylot either.Despite all their plans I can't so easily leave Mylot.And if I sometimes I can't help it,I feel something essential is missing.I wonder what make virtual friends so essential.

Most of my friends too, are trapped on their own Hamster's wheels, but even so, although we have not much time to hang around nowadays, I feel greater when I am with them, than being on the social media.

@GardenGerty,Actually we all have a lot of engagements in our day to day life.We make plans,but can't ensure whether we would be able to implement them.As a famous adage says,'Man supposes God disposes.'

@sofssu,actually I can't stay online for more than one or two hours.On the other hand,my family and friends are always available around me.That's why I often decide against hanging out with my friends.However I take care not to hurt them in the process.Mylot too is always there,but I have no time to be here.That's why I don't want to let go of any chance to interact on this platform.

I only spend a couple of hours or so on line every day and I make time to return comments. I have known some of my cyber friends for years and occasionally get a chance to meet them. That is a bonus.

Well I don't have a preference. If I meet my offline friends then it's fine. If I have lots of free time at home I go here and comment away.

Now, is so easy to get lost in the virtual world, and not only here, on MyLot, that it is easy to forget how important it is the real human touch. Although I love to spend time in the web, and meet new people, ( I rarely call them friends) I still prefer to spend time, as much as I can, with my friends, in flesh and blood, family and acquaintances, who give me something no virtual reality can, like human touch and interaction. Is true that being here, can give you some extra money, but, what do you need more money, if not to spend it in the real world, with real people?. At least, I see it that way.

I don't have any real friends in the real world. I just have a hard time making friends, in the real world. I would just prefer to talk to the people in here that are my friends, as everyone isso nice and friendly. That is what makes mylot what it is, great friends, great interaction, and bonus esrnings.

If I really had to make a choice, it would be real life friends. Thankfully I can enjoy both. I sometimes find I have to be careful not to confuse the two in conversation. Just imagine the confusion if I was to say in a real life conversation, now @else34 was saying the other day ....
