What's your Dream Destination?

I am sure you all must be having one dream destination which you would have fascinated to visit one day.
In my case, I would love to visit Greece, especially Santorini which is the most popular island there. It is the place with beautiful beaches, spectacular scenery, ancient cities, amazing restaurants, some of the world's best wine.

I have travelled to many countries and had plans to visit Alaska but due to my accident I am not confident now. Alaska was my dream destination.

@anushreem Alaska has a setup where the sea and mountains meet with land in between. A cruise will give you that experience.

Mine may be a little weird, but, my dream destination is Russia, in winter. As being from a very hot country, practically all year long, I would love to go there, and experience the famour Russian Winter, which Hitler and Napoleon suffered that much. Besides, I also love russian architecture and culture.

Santorini is beautiful, my friend came back from there over a month ago. She enjoyed it. My dream destination is Cappadoccia, Turkey.

@anushreem You should definitely visit Turkey when you have the chance. Istanbul is pretty amazing, too. Been there twice and wouldn't mind visiting again.

Even I want to go Egypt espcially Valley of Kings but I have heard the temperature is very high there

I always love to travel unknown or lesser-known places. Recently I visited Lava, Lolegaon, Peling (near Darjeeling; West Bengal) and Towang in Arunachal Pradesh. I was spell-bound by the natural beauty of these places. Fortunately, very few tourists visit these places.

@anushreem Thanks. Maybe when I have the money and the timing's right, maybe someday. I would also love to revisit the Grand Canyon, since they've added the airwalk to it.

I have always dreamed of going to Japan... (hmm I think I should include this in my life dream). I always find their history and culture interesting. Next is Egypt ... and visit the Great Pyramids and Tomb of the Kings

Space! Nothing else but witnessing the Earth from the infinity of space. Experience the Overview Effect first hand like Edgar Mitchell, Tom Jones, etc. I've read its quite an experience! You are dawned with a sudden realization of your existence on a tiny blue dot in space and the need to save and savor the littlest of things- from insects to angels! I'd love to gain that insight that only a mighty few could ever gain! That would be my dream destination
