A visit to my Oncologist this morning turned out not too good. My blood count has dropped to 8.9 which is not very good. Now have to go every week to get the injections and the level up. If this does not work, then chemo is the next step.He does not want to go there either do I.Need to get fit some for my trip on the 28th to Italy I have gained weight due to be not as active that I was once. The only thing is my left is my tennis. My walking has come to a halt. Hopefully by the 28th things will look better. I am prone to any infection at this time

I wish you well. Avoid sweet things if you can and plenty of vitamin C instead!

With proper monitoring a lot can be achieved. Hope you are doing that as much as you can

Oh dear, I am so sorry, I hope you can get better soon for your trip. Where are you going to Italy, north or south? I live only 70 miles from Milano.

Sorry to hear this Alfredo, I know from your previous posts that your blood count shouldn't go below 10. I hope it doesn't interfere with your trip to Italy.
