Cough, colds and more anyone? / myLot

I got a sore throat last week. I thought it would be over by now but it became a dry cough this week, now I'm starting to get colds. Wow. One after the other? When will it end? Good thing we are still on training and not doing anything much. Usually I just get a cold and fever, or the flu or just plain sore throat but now I got sore throat, cough and then colds one after the other!

It's not letting me sleep or work so well. I have been taking lots of water and vitamins too so hopefully it'll go away faster.

Have you ever had this kind of combination of sickness?

When colds and flu strike, I always just drink plenty of warm water then have bed rest and paracetamol when necessary. Just avoid cold water and hope you get well soon.

Yep I don't drink cold water. I actually wrote a discussion about that too.

Yes it is no fun at all. All we do is cough and such wherever we are.

I hate that I have to go to work but good thing we're still on training.

Sorry to hear that. My son too has cough and colds right now. Good thing he doesn't have fever and sore throat. I have always given him vitamins C and recently I have started giving him multi-vitamins. I think the weather has a lot to do with his cough and colds. It is extremely hot here during the day and very cold at nighttime.

Yes I think it might be the weather? Am not sure or maybe it's just the virus that's being spread around...

I am also taking double doses of Vitamin C every other day plus multivitamins. If I don't get well soon then I don't know what else to do.

I don't get sick very often but I did experience having a flu, cold and cough at once, it was a real torture. Sore throat makes it even worse

Drink lots of water. I hope you get well soon.

Yes it's kind of a torture. I am drinking lots of water now that's why I think i started getting colds. Thanks... I don't get sick often too but when I do get sick it's like this, multiple in one go...

Aw you have it there too? This sickness is really annoying especially when you can't call in sick...
