The Haunted House

Well, I finished and posted a list of DIY crafts for one of what is left of the group of sites I write for. It is chuck full of crafts like spiders in a jar with LED lighting to show them off, terry cloth ghosts, bats and grape vine wreaths. I hope the site likes it. Are you taking your kids to a haunted house this year? Or maybe a corn maze is more to your liking.

I probably won't be going to a haunted house. they don't seem to be that popular here. Lots of pumpkin festivals though!

I think your culture prepares kids for shocks. Ours does not. So when our kids go to see jurassic park or for that matter even watch Harry Potter they return shaken up.

It would be wonderful to have a haunted house to visit, or even a corn maze, we have nothing similar here.

That is a shame. We have both.

My kids are grown so no haunted houses here. I used to love going through haunted houses when I was a teen.

Just because there are no kids doesn't mean you can't still go.

@celticeagle At my age, I would probably have a heart attack . When I used to go, they couldn't touch you at all. Now they can and I don't want someone touching me.

I have yet to do any crafts with my son. I won't be taking him to a haunted house, he'd probably freak out. A corn maze sounds kind of cool. I have all of these intentions to go places but never do. We just don't have the time or money sometimes.
