Insurance for car repairs

It would be nice to be able to get insurance for your car repairs. Current vehicle insurance just covers things like accidents and collisions or roadside assistance. But I would like to pay for vehicle insurance that includes coverage of your brakes, transmission engine or anything else that would stop you from driving. Those expenses can be so overwhelming and really put you in the hole. Insurance to help cover these large expenses would be a huge help.
