What do you do when you have been gone from MyLot for a while? Do you go through your suggested discussions or just delete them all? I missed a lot of time here last month. I had two uncles die. I had a job interview~ which I didn't get BTW. I had a bunch of little pity parties. So, I have over 100 suggestions. At first I wasn't sure what to do. I left them. Today I started going back and doing more. I still have over 100, but I am getting there. Do you just start over or answer weeks old discussions? What are your reasons? I just don't want to ignore the suggestion.

I usually get through all of them easily Ruth, but I am able to get on nearly everyday, if I miss a day, I just get to as much as I can. Welcome and no worries if you cant do all you want to do at once.

I never seem to get done as much as I want to. I am under 100 now and in September. I haven't gotten to new discussions though. Well, one. I need to do more new ones I think.

@Gwensmom Yeah just get to them when you can and you know they ARE just suggestions, you dont have to answer everyone. Hope you are feeling okay today Ruth.

@TiarasOceanView I am better than yesterday, but not getting anything done either. I need to make applesauce and clean the bathroom. Hopefully tomorrow. I know they are just suggestions, but I try to answer them if I can.

I would definitely start with the most recent suggestions, but only read those that you think might be interesting. I don't think I would bother with those more than a couple of weeks old, as the discussions would most likely be finished.

This is true. But, what if my opinion is really, really important to them?

I have never stayed away that long but my suggest box is busting at the seams which I do not open. I have other avenues to get what I want.

First i go to my notifications and do them one by one and delete them as i finished it . That way , it is clear to me if ever i stop along the way that the ones showing in my notification were those i haven't read yetv. As to suggestions , which i do next i choose the ones i like to read and delete all those i am Not interested with .

I will have to do that as some of the suggestions go back over a month.

I think I will leave them and do a few here or there. Faster than going through all the lists to find one to do. Some days, I find it tricky to find on that jumps out at me. Other days, there are plenty. Ah, me and my moods.

Do what you have time and interest to do. Ignore the rest.

It is fun. Many moons ago, I used to spend all day here. I might end up doing that again.
