Will Winters Come in India This Year ???

I like Autumn, winter is too cold and I do not like to shovel the snow.

October is actually fall where I am. It is a little slow here as well. Just this week the leaves are beginning to turn color and fall. I am anxious for snow here because I want to see how it looks at my new house.

You can hjave all the snow that we get every year. Because I do not like snow at all.

I am not a winter person. I cuss, complain, moan, and am mean to other people. So really, about the same as usual lol

I am also waiting . Now its time for OCTOBER HEAT in mumbai. Hope our wish fulfil soon

I am dreading the winter! It is quite harsh in our place. I hate wearing all the winter clothing! At the moment it is very pleasant and I hope it remains this way for a long long time!

NO, I am not waiting for winter to come this early but this morning here it was only 31 degrees which is dang cold and they are saying ice frost this morning so I suppose are winter is now upon us.

There was a news in yesterday's newspaper that this year winter is going to be harsher than the usual, so you should hold your breath and be prepared for harsher winter. It is true that half of the October month is over and there is no sign of winter starting soon. However, by the end of October, you could expect cool weather. Now a days due to unpredictable changes in climate, seasons get shifted from their expected months.

I don't like the snow and cold. It has been pretty cold here though the past week or so. They are calling for snow here this weekend but nothing that's supposed to stick to the ground.

Too bad we don't have winter here.

Well everything's been running late here. Monsoons and all so hopefully by 1st Nov, we'll start experiencing some real cold chills ( depending where you live ). Here in Pune, its getting quite cool already. Can't wait for winters to show up

Im in the carribean and for the winter it gets cooler but its still extremely hot here in the dominican republic

both summers and winters in new delhi are extreme.from some years our indian climate is changing very rapidly.even we did not receive proper rainfall this year.by this time rainfall reduce and a bit of cold starts. i think because of global warming. anyways may god shower lots of snow on you this year in form of blessings.

Lol! i am too expecting winter. But sadly in India winter is not that much great. Unlike US and other country, i dont see snow and other things in India. But i heard that the temperature lows much that its difficult to sleep in the early morning without woolen clothes.

I'm still waiting for Autumn so don't rush the winter yet..hahah

@ashuli,I am hopeless.Winter is gone,gone for ever.Last year we did not have to wrap our bodies with warm blankets.We had to keep the ceiling fans moving fast even in December and January.

We are in same boats this time winters got too late.

Half of October gone and the weather is still a bit warm here too. So strange. Weather people predicting another mild winter, it will be our second in a row if it happens.
