Since I want to donate some money to charities, and I have earmarked a few charities that provide the poor with medical service. For this year, I have the intention to donate to hospices or community hospitals. These organizations receive government grants that are not enough to meet the operational needs. As a result of it, they have to open their financial to government audits, and let the public see the audited results. I am glad that many individuals are donating lots of money, and most of the years, the charities show a surplus.

This is a good idea. But not sure if they will really tell you the truth. From what I heard a lot of charities just take the money and they don't use it for what they say they will use it for
