Going to buy Thai Tom Yam Soup paste and Thai Green Curry paste

I love Thai Tom Yam soup and Thai green curry. Both are spicy but the taste is very different. Thai Tom Yam soup is good for seafood. You can add in cockles, mussels, fish, and other sea food into the soup. It is hot and sour in taste. Thai green curry is more for fish, chicken, pork, and vegetables. Sometimes I use Thai green curry to hide the taste of spinach. Thai green curry is not as spicy as Tom Yam soup. Even though you have to visit Thailand to try the real thing, you can take a short cut by buying the paste from the supermarket. If you want to make things simple, you can add in rice vermicelli directly into the Tom Yam soup or potato into the green curry. It will save you the cooking time. I do not know

I always have a tub of Tom Yam paste in the freezer.
