Feeling Guilty

Ever done something that you feel really guilty over?
I sort of feel like that right now, and wish I could take everything back and do yesterday all over again.
It is hard to explain what was done, but just wondering how many of you felt guilty over something and you just really want to do everything over again.
Still feel like crud and a little depressed over it.

yeah, I have beat myself up now and then over stomething I did that was stupid. sometimes you can apologize or fix it, other times you can't. maybe find something positive and good you can do today, even if unrelated, some karmic repair might help ease it some

Things are better now, but yeah. Sometimes you just wish you could take things back and you can't and no amount of apologies can help. But this did help and I learned a lesson.
