quilling is an art and i love to do this art.. i have so many designs and this piece i like the most... this piece is completely made of sea blue colour paper .... And this is made with water proof... could anybody love this piece and if chance comes to your door step would you wear it ??? share me your thoughts

Oh that one is beautiful . Looking at the picture , i will not say that it's made of a waterproof paper . You are artistic my friend .
