Power nap

Power nap
I was sleepy some time back, I could have slept. I didn’t want to go to sleep just yet, having well to much fun here, Mylot.
I decided I would have a power nap, just close your eyes for a small amount of time and fall asleep but waking after 20 minutes or so. I now feel refreshed and happy to stay around for another hour or two before getting some sleep.
Do you ever have a power nap?

When I nap it tends to be more of a sleep....

For long do you mean? I'm not sure how long a power nap meant to be, about 20 minutes is great from me.

I can't power nap. If I fall asleep I have to say asleep for a while or I get really drowsy for a while. Instead I can dream. I listen to music and go to the edge of sleep, and start dreaming. If the music starts to fade I make myself wake up more so I don't cross the line. After a minute or so I open my eyes with a lot of energy. I have a feeling we need the energy we get from dreaming to recharge.

@kevin1877uk Sleep or dreaming. I don't have to be asleep to cross into dreams. I figured out that trick years ago. Although That can get really dangerous when driving late at night and the dreams are crossing into real life. But I'm falling asleep in those cases and struggling to stay awake.

I can't power nap or i last more than an hour sometimes. I prefer to just stay awake as long as i can.

I normally do but not last night, bu I did what to continue being here.
