The Fear Of The Lord

I was on another site earlier today, and one of the other people there asked if God is so loving, why do most Christians say that they are God Fearing? So here is the reason for anyone that doesn't know. We are not saying that we are afraid of God. We are saying that we respect him and honor his place in our lives. God is good. Please don't mistake this. It is more like a saying like back in the day when we used to tell our friends and family "I'm scared of you". It's an expression. We never really meant that we were afraid of them, but that we were in awe of something that they just did, and that we might not have done that ourselves, so it was a term of respect. It's the same thing. Any other thoughts?

Lol! i dont have much belief in god. I had when i was a kid, but as growing it seemed to be not just good. If there is god prove me. Do you have evidence that there is something like god. haha. You bet me, you are not going to win it.

I'm not interested in a debate with you. I have my beliefs and you have yours. You choose not to believe in God, and I chose to believe in everything that I know He has done in my life. It is what it is, Have a good day.

@rahulvsmokiee how can you earn here when you can't write English. Get some English lessons and then try to talk to me. I can't debate with someone when there is a language barrier and I can't understand you. That's why I choose to not debate with you. I was trying to be nice but since you asked for it, there you go.
