getting paid $300 million a year? Well, this boxer named Floyd Mayweather does just that. He is not just the highest paid but the highest paid EVER. He even beats out the position once held by(YUCK!) TIger Woods at $115 million. I guess punching people in the face does pay in some circles. Hehe I couldn't even wrap my head round millions of dollars, but hundreds of millions--?
He now rates as the 6th greatest pound for pound welterweight of all time and received Best Fighter ESPY Award in 2007, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, and 2014. Spike TV gave him "The Best Ever Award" in 2015. He is now retired and is recognized as the best boxer of his generation and even amongst the greatest fighters of all time. Ali being the best in my book.
