How to use up apples?

The local grocery store had apples on sale for $0.59 per pound. Needless to say I went a little overboard and everyone is getting tired of apples. I already made apple butter and I'm not really a fan of applesauce. I have a large upright freezer, so storing stuff isn't a big deal. What else can I do with all of these apples? I have four more grocery bags of apples! I'm up to my eyeballs in apples!

You can make an apple pie or cake, candy apples, apple chips and the list goes on.

Ooh! I. Didnt even think of apple chips! I have a commercial dehydrator so that may actually be a really good idea!
