I want to hear all good things about how you are doing.
I want to know if you need help that one of us may get or do for you.
I want to stop hearing complaints about anything
And i want all of you to have a good time, as we usually do

@Rosekitty well. you are providing both technical support to technicians doing telecommunication work in the field, and building the quota (and monitoring and adjusting it), that allows people to schedule that work. At the same time, monitoring emails for urgent requests, and cleaning up backlog reports and such.

Oh good the party has started and I have brought iced tea, potato chips and dips, doritos and and myself. If we need anything else let me know and I will go and get it.

It takes way more energy to be a negative person - I'm more of a positive person myself! Life is good - we all have our trials - we must pick ourselves up and move on! Parties are good - don't forget about the people in your life - socialize with them often. God Bless!
