do you think it's a waste of time or it might actually be working? I went to a class a few months ago and at one point it asked us to meditate. I think that meditation might be good as long as you fully understand the process.
meditation is vital, i think for connecting with the natural vibrations of the soul. there are many ways you can meditate. i write and do 15 minutes of yoga every morning as my meditation and it energizes me while calming me at the same time
