What's your favorite brand of soy sauce?

Now soy sauce, or shoyu, is a major staple item in our household. We prefer Yamasa, but that's really only available at the better International stores where I live. It has very few ingredients, comes straight from Japan, and used to come in gallon cans. Now it only comes in half gallon jugs. I buy those two or three at a time because the store isn't always stocked with it. Yamasa (their tamari is to die for, by the way) soy sauce is fully flavored, not overly salty tasting, and doesn't leave any nasty aftertaste in the mouth. Have you tried it? If not, what's your favorite dark soy brew?

I'm going to have to take a few minutes and study soy sauce bottles when we go shopping. Bad, bad me buys soy sauce at the dollar store or whatever Safeway's brand is. I hear you choking now.

I live in Asia and soy sauce is one of our main cooking material. There are many famous brands here but I am not sure whether they are famous in your country. Here the famous brands include Amoy, Lee Kum Kee etc. If you go to a shop in China Town, perhaps you will find them easily.
