I grew up in a small English village just outside the city of Bristol and as such I am a country bumpkin. I live in the outskirts of Bristol now but one day when I have enough money I will be heading back to the countryside and the peace and quiet.
Personally I struggle with city life, it is to frantic and agressive for me, I much prefer being surrounded by nature than people.
What about you guys, do you like the city or the countryside?

I was born and grew up in the city. When I went to the university, we moved to the suburb. I had to say that since it was far away from the city, everyday it spent me longer time going home. And I would not stay up late outside since it would be inconvenient to go home in late hours. When I graduated, I moved to the city and everything was much more convenient. I could have more fun at night. Now I will say I like to live in the city although it is polluted, crowded and so on. But at least it is close to school, company, supermarket, department store, cinema etc. It has its own advantages. If one day I am retired, perhaps I will consider to live in the countryside to enjoy the peaceful life.

I live in a small town and both my parents come from small towns and my granny comes from Newton in the Isle Cambridgeshire which is very small. I like to visit the city but live in the country.
