the studies have come out saying bacon and processed meats are bad....uh ok. Did we need the study to know this? what's next the study saying guns kill people. We know this stuff isnt something we should eat a lot of, the problem is as a person that lives in a modern civilization has no way to eat fresh completely we cant go out and hunt our own foods, grow our own veggies and make our own cheese and bread. if we try even some fresh making its going to be really expensive. so I will cut back but not cut out

I've reached the point years ago where I really don't take anyone seriously when they say something is bad. The so called medical experts are out to lunch a lot of the time. Granted, anything you can do is bad for you. I remember years ago where I heard of a study where people came to the conclusion fast food might be bad for you. No kidding! I'm waiting for the study where the geniuses come to the conclusion rain is wet. The fact of the matter is anything can be bad for you. Heck, you can kill yourself from drinking too much water, by causing yourself to drown. Not kidding. Just got to watch what you do, and you should be fine. If we cut out everything bad for us, we might as well stop breathing because I won't even begin to speculate what's in the air we breathe.

Sounds a good enough approach.
