What puts me off is what is news today will be contradicted tomorrow with the exact opposite research findings. Just eat healthy and live happily.

WHO is right for those kind of foods are preserved by a chemical which is considered as carrying carcinogens. It is better to avoid eating them.

The research they used is flawed so I am not losing any sleep over it.

I'm going to have a steak for lunch and have a good laugh over this BS. But I will take a cycle today. I think exercise is important to good health.

That red meat is bad was known to us years back. We only eat chicken among meats.

Come on folks, we all knew this already. Anything that is processed has chemicals and such which are not natural to our bodies. This means there is some effect upon us, more than likely a negative effect. It is only common sense.
