I know that some friends are posting like mad as this is the last day of the month to count for cashout.
I can understand that.
But after I have been reading and answering countless posts (while I smell my escalibada getting done in the oven), I checked at my few post and noone had more than one or two comments.
Ok. Let´s say that my comments are boring. But there is such a thing as being polite if someone is commenting multiple posts so thatyou reach your goal. An answer once in a while, even a short one, will not hurt.
SO, I will stop my help. For the rest of the day I will take my time answering and commenting the posts and answers of friends that knock at my door.
I will be posting for some time yet. The little goblins are ringing my bell every 5 minutes. I´m under cover posting at mylot

I agree. I would not read a lot of posts written in a hurry by someone who will not spend some of his/her time reading other people´s posts

I know I won't make it. I haven't made it yet since the site came back. I am nearly halfway there though so perhaps next month. I try to keep a conversation flowing regardless
of whether it is the last day before payout or the first day of the month.

I checked and have my first $6,50 . Not enough. But maybe I will have more by Christmas. Still, this site is more fun than a place to get rich

I suspect you're right, that everyone is trying to make a last minute impression here. Here in New Zealand Sunday 1November is three quarters over, so I'd forgotten it was the end of the month. But I have had less responses than usual today.

We are in holiday time in our country as many people have their Summer vacation. But most of mylotters live in the other hemisphere and should do some interacting.

@marguicha sadly we all do what suits us best. I have stages these days, time when I can hang out here and others when I can't. We all do our best. How is your summer? Ours is very hot.

I have seen a couple of users posting dozens of discussions yesterday. I checked their profiles, they are so busy posting that they forget that here we have to INTERACT. I am also stopping my support to all those who never showed up to read at least one of my discussions.

I agree with you. Although sometimes we miss some of the responses to our posts (just like in this case), you are among the friends who ar always there. I am not reponding to those posts made by people who do not interact either.

I think it's generally pretty quiet on here today, but I think those that are madly posting hoping to get more in their banks are making a mistake. I see one person openly stating that she's going to be doing just that, and her multiple posts have barely acomment between them (so far). She's obviously not had much time for responding to others.
I know that this doesn't apply to you, but as I said - the site seems quiet - they're probably all out Halloweening.
