So we basically celebrate holloween every November 1 and 2 here in my country And this is our Halloween dinner. . The one on top is my favorite dish these are pig/pork intestines and liver cooked in soy sauce and vinegar. It's one famous dish in the Philippines called adobo. The usual ingredient should be chicken and pork.. But the intestines also taste good. Then the second one is the pork sisig where we use "maskara" (mask)..it's called maskara because it's pork face grilled on charcoal chopped into thin slice then seasoned and served with egg and mayonnaise. Third one is lechon paksiw it's a roast pig leftover cooked like adobo.. I don't really take pictures of our dishes. I just realized the intestines and liver matched the celebration... .. they seemed grose but they really taste good.. trust me!

We celebrate Halloween but today is basically gong to put some flowers on the graves and spending the day with the family. We don't normally have big dinners like this one.
