Is cats Neurotic?

On going through the social media last night, i have seen a link stating that, scientist say that all cats are neurotic and they will try to kill you when they grow up...! Really interesting...right? But i'm really fond of cats...they are really amazing creatures... Did you have any type of such incidents to clarify this statement to stand with the scientist ?
