Can you think of any new taxes you'd like to see?

Watching the news tonight, this is the feeling I am getting...that while our current government hasn't been really great at keeping the books, they have been really great at creating new taxes for dealing with it.
Or rather, having us deal with it?
We're going to put new taxes the roads.
We're going to taxes the water use.
We're going to create new taxes on dogs with split blue and green eyes which are born in the month of April on leap years when a Star Wars film is being released.
Okay, that one isn't real...but, can you think of any new creative taxes you'd like to see?
Or...would you simply rather see our elected officials come up with more responcible methods of managing our finances?

an excessive wealth tax as I see no reason for multi-billionaires

Someone noted a while ago here, that it might be more in the governments interests to go after tax evaders in larger tax brackets then going after the smaller fish...but this rational does not seem to prevail;)

what if they taxed politicians, if it hit their pocket book they would be less inclined to punish the rest of us...
