if you have some wealth, be a social our community have lot people who suffer great Diseases , some have diabetic but poor, some have AIDs, some have hepatitis and other type of disease, if we help off course we are not capable to give health to them but we give some courage to them, live the onward days happily to make your hand should be a helping hand

We should. But, in the meanwhile research on those activities / habits which can reduce the probability of getting infected by any disease. Scientifically we say - prevention is much better than cure but very few realize this fact.
