My new job

Today is my first day to office. My job role is good and i like it. But my boss is very arrogant. On first day itself she behaved much rudely with me. I am satisfied with my job role. But I didn't like my boss. But what to do? I have to face her everyday from now... feeling very bad...

Congratulations on your new job. But do not lose hope swetha. Managerial people always tend to be rude but as time goes on you see them being friendly.

not really. the staff also saying the same that managdement is very rude. I left the job. I am very poor in decision making. Now i am unable to judge that what I did is correct or not.
