Do you binge watch TV shows?

When we first got cable a few years back, I watched Food Network every day. My kids told me I was watching food porn. That has since become a popular phrase to describe what foodies do. But, with the availability of On Demand, Hulu and other media options, those without cable or who just got cable can catch up on their favorite shows. I've been catching up on my three most favorite shows: American Pickers, Ghost Hunters and Storage Wars. I'm finally all caught up, but I was binge-ing on them one at a time. Watched the most recent Ghost Hunters today. I'm actually sad that I now have to wait until their regularly scheduled night because I enjoyed watching. Have you binge watched any shows? Which ones? (It doesn't matter where you are.)

I have binge watched some shows. The problem I have with that is I wind up falling asleep on them. Then I have to go back and figure out which ones I did not see. What I do now is that I will watch only so many episodes of one show, then change it before I get real tired.

I don't fall asleep because my recliner is too uncomfortable to stay asleep - my backside ends up hurting, so any light sleep is interrupted.

@jerzgirl My sofa is awesome. And that is a downfall. I wind up falling asleep. But I do get up from time to time just to wake myself.

@inertia4 - I might sleep a bit on the sofa, but eventually the talking on the tub would wake me again.

I have Amazon prime and they sent a warning that a show on my watchlist was going to leave the free programme. So in 3 weeks I watched 4 whole series (up to 20 shows each) of Switched at Birth.

@jerzgirl that one was excellent - about two girls who were switched at birth and one of them was deaf. Good show if you ever get a chance to see it.

I watched that during a random binge once. I got as far as him disappearing on the way to their wedding and then being found living like a hermit. I haven't seen any episodes since.
