Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." And they divided up his clothes by casting lots. ~~~Luke 23:34 Today's subject is forgiveness and how much we can benefit by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ's great example. While slowly and very painfully dying on the cross, Jesus did not seek vengeance. On the contrary, He sought full unconditional pardons for everyone involved with putting Him there. From Himself. Because He's also the Father and the Holy Ghost. But at the same time, He is completely separate from the other Two. We won't go into the Trinity and how much sense it makes today because it would be too much and you have a football game to get to. Someday, when I feel like scaring all you Atheists out there, I will go into it. What's scary about it? Well, since you asked, our present day understanding of physics says that there is no contradiction in one man, or God in this case, really being three Gods. In a religion that only has one God. I know it sounds stupid but if you do the math, you'll see that light is a particle and a wave at the same time, two objects can occupy the same space at the same time and Jesus can be two other guys at the same time while just being Himself. Well, that last one is still just speculation because we can't measure Gods in the lab but the underlying theory is sound based on what we know is true. There's lots of other scary, unsettling and disturbing things going on that don't support a bunch of absurd religions but they do support some of their crazier ideas. Keep mind, none of that proves that an insane book of ancient fairy-tales is true. It only proves that the writers were really good at guessing what 21st century physics would be like and using them to their advantage. When am I in the mood to scare you, we''ll get into things like Entangled Particles. But not today. Cause like I said, we aren't covering any of that today. What we are covering today is forgiveness. Because I am being Crucified. Just like Jesus, I am suffering mightily at the hands of someone who knows not what she does. Except in my case, it's not due to being nailed to a cross by a bunch of disgruntled religious CEO's trying to protect their turf and backed up by a bunch of fun loving Romans. It's due to a disgruntled French girl. Namely, Fifi. My Sommelier. She claims that on Friday, I forgot to mention her. And thereby implied to you, my ten million loyal, dedicated daily readers that I created the Theme Drink. Nothing could be further from the truth. Instead, just trust me because I never deceive you. And when the Bed-Wetting Liberal Drive-By Media comes back with their false claims, fabricated evidence and never ending Gotcha Questions, just smugly dismiss them while praying for their poor, misguided, confused and larcenous souls. It's what Jesus would do and it's what you should do. In the unlikely event that you do see something fishy in their untrue claims, remember that anything and everything can be faked. PhotoShop is the tool of the Devil and they all know how to use it. If, after investigation, you still think that some of the fraudulent assertions are real, understand that if they are, the fault lays with my Editors. I am innocent! I did not discredit that woman! There was no Intellectual Property theft! Read my lips, no new taxes! I will not give back the puppy! What do taxes and dogs have to do with this? Nothing. I was just on a roll.
