Schedule Posts to Google Plus - Share for free via +Do Share

When your workforce consists of you, you and you; you only have two hands and some of your time must be spent sleeping and eating, you've got to find ways to get some help! Just added an extension to the Google Chrome browser called “Do Share”. It's free. You can schedule your posts to your G+ profile or page or even communities you have joined. You can schedule your posts but you must have the Chrome browser open, otherwise the tool won't share the posts. Anybody here use this or any other browser extensions to facilitate their work process?
