I have a new Mobile Phone

As you might remember last week I wrote about putting my Phone by accident in the Washing Machine ......well I phoned my provider and even though I had the phone for more then 6 months they replaced it they know that I am registered disabled but I was still surprised I have been with this Company over 5 Years now and I have all my Utility Bills with them ..well yesterday my new Mobile Phone arrived and tomorrow I will post the broken one back to them So I am happy

Would you be happy with such outstanding Service

I would certainly be happy with that kind of service. It is nice when people accommodate you, knowing your situation. That is a wonderful thing they did. I hope you enjoy your new phone, and make sure you don't put this one through the washer again.

@rosekiss It is the first time I have ever done this and mine is an expensive one too so I hope I will never do it again actually I will be double careful now so it does not happen again

@gabs8513 I always make sure that I don't end up with my cell phone in my pocket when I am ready to wash my clothes. I have an expensive cell phone, and I certaainly wouldn't want anything happening to it.
