We all love to eat right? Especially when we are served with our favorite foods, whether when we are at some special occasions, or at restaurants. And when we are stressed, eating something is a relief. Sometimes, we just ignore the bad effects of eating too much or consuming bad foods. Eating our favorite foods is all that matters, at least for some who doesn't worry about the effects it will bring. For people who are health-conscious, they tend to eat special diet foods, while others prefer good tasting foods that are delicious to eat and never worrying if it's dangerous to the health or not. What is your comfort food? Tell us about it.

I am a fan of cereal. Love eating cereal and the milk with it. So yummy. Its comforting for me and when on hand and i have some i will go to it. Even at night before bed and im still hungry i tend to eat a bowl of cereal. I like other food. Like when im tired and need a boost since i dont eat or drink it on a daily basis i tend to lean towards food with chocolate or alot of sugar to keep me going through the day.

Have so many comfort foods but mac-n-cheese, bacon, and a hearty bowl of soup with chunks of chicken and sausage and green leafy vegetables in it ... if I have to choose. For dessert, chocolate or cheesecake. Fruit? Mango.

In winter, it's chocolate, just a couple of pieces with a cup of coffee. In summer it's either watermelon or nectarines. A couple of years ago I decided that I would never eat hot chips (french fries) at all. And I havent. What's more, I dont miss them at all. But, back in hugely hugely porky days (now its just big porky) hot chips with soy sauce and a cup of coffee was a saturday lunchtime luxury.
