I'm taking supplements for the past months to enhance my daily living. I take ginkgo biloba and fish oil supplement to improve my memory. Grapeseed oil for my skin because it promise anti-aging benefits. Multivitamins for my daily performance and to complement my healthy lifestyle. How about you? What are your daily supplements as part of your daily routine?

I take calcium supplements.. I have been on them for a couple of years now.

My daughter said i should take calcium again . I stopped it when during an APE some years ago , the ultrasound result revealed as the doctor said a scar on my left kidney . She said it could be that i passed stones . And calcium can be turned to stone . But i am thinking of taking it again .

I only take multivitamins every day and i have to take my normal calcium supplements also. Those are the only ones i take daily besides my regular medicine.

As one grows older it is recommended that supplements are taken. I take calcium and cod liver capsules.

@Weng0909 Our organs less effective with age So supplements make up for what they cannot.

I don't take supplements I only eat root crops, veggies, fruits, seafoods and meat once in a while. And relax relax relax

I take fish oil also , 2 sofgels ; 2 500 mg ascorbic acide , 400 IU vitamin E and , B1 , 6, 12 . They contribute to my being healthy . I am proud that at my prime i haven't gotten a cold for 2 years now .

@Weng0909 I don't want those multi vitamins because they don't have the daily recommended dose for each vitamin .

Just water if it can be taken as a supplement,kidding I am not taking any right now but there are times when i take calcium

@Weng0909 For an example, he told me I need to take calcium and only take 500 mg. twice a day. If he hadn't said that I would probably be taking the wrong amount.

Good for you but easy on the multi-vitamins cause too much can be problematic also . . .

I generally eat so many different colored vegetables every day, the need for a multi-vitamin is not required daily but maybe weekly so I just balance @Weng0909
