I'm taking supplements for the past months to enhance my daily living. I take ginkgo biloba and fish oil supplement to improve my memory. Grapeseed oil for my skin because it promise anti-aging benefits. Multivitamins for my daily performance and to complement my healthy lifestyle. How about you? What are your daily supplements as part of your daily routine?

My daughter said i should take calcium again . I stopped it when during an APE some years ago , the ultrasound result revealed as the doctor said a scar on my left kidney . She said it could be that i passed stones . And calcium can be turned to stone . But i am thinking of taking it again .
