Italian meatballs,any good recipe here

Good morning on this raw and drizzling day. Do you share cooking with your spouse? Tomorrow is my day.I want to make meatballs. Looking for something different.Anyone has a good recipe for Italian Meatball.Thanks.Fredo

My husband is Italian but meatballs aren't a dish I've ever had with his family in Italy.

My family is Italian and we have the most delicous recipe. I will have to find it and post it for you. Thanks now I am hungry for a nice big plate of pasta

@amadeo Most of the time we add fresh chopped parsley because it adds a nice taste. Instead of the bread soaked in the milk, you can add mashed potatoes to make the meatballs softer.

Yes, we started it about five years ago. First it was whoever decided to cook first and it was mainly me. Since we started to alternate days, its has been really nice. We both cook different things in different ways so it is a nice variety

My mother's family is from Finale Emilia outside of Bologna, but I don't remember my Nonni ever making meatballs. I just use the one in my Betty Crocker cookbook

@marlina I do have a recipe .Just wanted to see if anyone else has a different one. Meatball is easy to make.But just experimenting to see how you do your. I made a lot of meatballs.No problem here

I never made them, but Allrecipes.com has great recipes. We have bought good ones at Trader Joe's and Costco too.
