Current Problems with mylot

I have two big problems since I came back. One is that it is so very slow and often does not respond. It is even hard to log on most times. The other is that there does not seem to be a way to find just post made by someone you want to read and not a list of their responses to the posts made by others. I want to respond to peoples posts but can not find them.
