How do you deal with your MIL?

I have a huge problem regarding with my mother in law... I dont know what type of attitude that she has. Me and my Ex had a daughter which is will be three yrs old this january. She (MIL) has this attitude of super insecurity, she doesnt want any murmurs or anything that neighbors would talk negative about her. My ex also cannot argue with her instead of contradicting her mother, in order for confusion to occur she wiill just follow her mother . We both know that she has the attitude of jealousy, envy rage, the MIL tend to hurt our baby if she gets angry or hot headed.. I have been enduring the pain for my daughter but i Dont have the rights for the mother is the one who has the custody which also instated with the law. . I am afraid of the trauma that could affect our young daughter. . My ex is not also guarding our daughter in there own house for she always go out. and just enjoying with her new live in partner. . i thinki they dont care for my daughter. they only care for themselves... i hate it. and i dont want to make this problem huge. i am concern for my daughters situation.. i just dont know. i know how to take care a family but they dont want me to. they want me to be the bad person. they told negative stories backbiting at first i dont care cause i am not affected but later they make stories that destroys my reputation. not only my life but future my babys life. they just dont get or see it.. im trying to be optimistic and look for solutions but they never stop pulling me down. their crab mentallity state of mind.. i just cant understand .. i nver ever tell or disgrace any of them for they are supposedly to be family oriented more than me.. for she is the mother . and the MIL is like the guardian devil of her daughter .... i hate to say thus but they already did too much...
