There has been a terrorist attack in Paris and I am pretty sure that there will be many people talking about it. After all this is what terrorists do: they install terror among human beings, do they not?

You are right, here and everywhere else every one is talking about it. Someone asked what exactly do the terrorists gain from these attacks. The answer is that they gain attention and fear.

Well that is exactly what they want. To install terror among human beings which means that they (the terrorists) will get attention too.

Yes, this is the strategy of terrorists. Install the terror in people and make them feel uneasy everywhere they go.
