Hello Sunshine!

After so many weeks of flooding and rain here in South Carolina, it is so good to see Mr. Sunshine blessing us with his presence again. A real sight for sore eyes.
Unfortunately, he forgot to pack his bags very well before visiting. He forgot the warmth.
When I asked him about it, he said he didn't want to put us into shock with too much good stuff all at once.
So, I guess we will be content to have beautiful, yet somewhat cold, days for a while.
Thank you Mr. Sunshine. :)

I have a bunch of friends at the University of South Carolina football game against the Florida Gators, and they texted me how beautiful of a day it is up there today! Glad to see South Carolina getting some great weather finally!

It is so cloudy here that the street lights didn't turn off until after 10 a.m. Mr. Sunshine visited us so much this summer it is time for Ms. Rain to visit. It won't be long before Mr. Snow visits and wears out his welcome. But we are requesting Mr. Snow to come visit the mountains all he wants since that is what keeps us out of a drought.

That big happy weather family doesn't spend too much time together, do they? I am just enjoying it while I can, I know much colder weather is on its way.

Sun has sought refuge somewhere else & you can have a deep breath as he is back. The cold will soon vaporise as he is going to come tearing the cold weather apart.

At least it isn't raining anymore. I prefer snow over rain in the long run. However, if you are living in South Carolina, I know it doesn't always get that cold until the end of winter. Happy that you don't have to deal with both!
