Could not create a blog or web site

Hi Mylot Friends,
I am trying to create a blog or website since long time but could not create, neither my friends have this much knowledge in the computer or net. They are even and even poorer than me in the net and computer using. I have offered that half revenue earned by the blog site also if the blog or site can create money. Some body should guide in creating blog or website to me. Can any one help me in this regard

Check out Voda host they have a basically simple way to do this. You can use word press for a blog site and it is basic and simple to do this.
