8 meals/snacks a day! From getting up to going to bed you could be eating, no time for anything else. Breakfast at 8am Brunch 9-11am Elevens 11am Lunch 12-2pm Afternoon tea 2-4pm Dinner 6pm Supper 8pm Midnight snack Busy day! I personally would miss many of those off, but I do find this interesting. Could you/do you have all of those?

@kevin1877uk LOL I don't eat as much as I used too. I find it hard eating when I am at work on phone. I get home late and end up having dinner really late but something light.

If you could even eat that much which I couldn't but someone who could would soon find themselves at 300 pounds or more.

I only eat 3 meals a day. I have breakfast around 8 or 9am in the morning then I go to work at 1130am. I usually have a snack while working then I get my dinner break at 5pm and i eat then. Then i get home around 8pm and usually have a snack or small meal at 9 or 10pm.

I do not know if anyone is doing that although there could be 5 - morning breakfast, then something around 11, lunch at 2 something at tea time and then dinner. I skip dinner just have honey and milk, I have breakfast and lunch and a snack at tea time.

It depends what is in each snack or meal. Fuel or foolish mouth entertainment?

8 meals a day but eat a little each time, then I think it is acceptable. Perhaps this diet style is suitable for diabetes because they can't eat a lot of food each time. But they will be hungry due to it. If they can eat very little bit each time for more times, perhaps it is better?
