Tomorrow morning, I will be taking the car to the shop for the second time in about 3 weeks. Three weeks ago, the intake manifold gasket was replaced. Also had a new battery put in it and an oil / oil filter change done. That was about $660. After I got the car back, I noticed that there was still something leaking from somewhere at the front of the motor. Took it to the shop last week and found out that the timing cover is leaking. This time around, it's going to cost around $430 to have the timing cover gasket replaced. Ugh. Lets hope that after this job is done, I won't have to have any more work done to the car for awhile. PS Now I'm just waiting for the freeze plug to blow or the heater core to crap out. Crossing my fingers, toes, legs, arms, and eyes that THAT doesn't happen!!
