I am actually tired of the RIP B site discussions here.. Every other discussion is about it so here is some non B site discussion. How about this cute house I saw on our last road trip? Isn't it pretty? I wouldn't have painted my house these colors.. never ever.. but this does look like a pretty doll house. The people living there even invited us in for a cup of tea and a bite which we politely refused. This house was on a hill slope, covered by greenery and beautiful scenery.. I have often wished to live high up in the mountains in a cabin. Have you seen something like this before?

I am also tired, too many posts about site B... it made more rumor than the terrorist attack in Paris.

There have been other attacks that we have not heard about at all. For example, Beriut

@lucky15 @sofssu it reminds me of the houses in baguio, but yeah, it does look like it's going to fall off should there be an earthquake or a landslide. maybe the pastel colors is to make it stand out against the greenery.

@hereandthere Yeah I guess its helps.. There are no earthquakes in this region.. and no landslides since the rock is hewn before the buildings are built on them.

@Lucky15 All houses on the hillside are built on solid rock foundation.. They aren't dangerous.. but walking up and down those stairs might be a strain on the knees if you are old.

Yes, we also have a house like that in the subdivision where we live . Whenever we pass by it , i remember the fairytale story where there is a candyhouse . It is a bungalow and it's colorful .

@sofssu As to one like that seemingly hanging , i would take a picture of one also , when i go to church on Sunday . It's actually a restaurant on the hill with a part of it on the side of the hill.

How strange that looks, I'm not crazy about rainbow colored houses but I would love to live with that greenery but not on a hillside like this one, I'd break my neck trying to get down those stairs.

The greenery is definately a plus @sofssu but the house looks like something that should be in a storybook, not a forest.

I can understand that there are so many discussions because so many are in shock. I think that there are more discussions on that then there were following last Friday's attack on Paris, France. All I can say is that the fat lady sang and they are thru.

It is certainly different. And it does look a bit precarious.

@JudyEv Actually this view seems like that.. it built solidly on the rock surface. The greenery and the flight of step leading to the house does make it seem as if it is hanging precariously.

It looks a bit like some houses and restaurants that we saw in Italy, way way up in the mountains

Doesn't it really? I thought it was more the fairy tale kind than a real house. But inside its just a normal house.

@mom210 You bet.. People would never have problems finding your house if you paint it in these colors. Your kids may like them too.

@T_gray We went inside and had a look because we were so curious. Everything looked normal inside the house, it was even painted in beige. Only the outside had some fancy colors.
