do you think you paid for your journey in train is right?

today i visited my aunty house for vacation by train.i booked AC coach,while i entered in my coach and seated on my place i saw window is not cleaned,food plate one screw was removed and also found some garbage below my seat so i felt that i gave amount for this journey was not ok because it totally disappointed and i put complain in complain box.
did you ever feel like this?

Wow that is pretty crappy. Things like that should be well presented. Did anyone ever get back to you after you put in a complaint?

no no one other going to complain but i done what i feel and if they took more money then they have to pay good service but after that i visit 3 journey but then all good and nothing bad at all..

here in my country people are so lazy if we complain then say why you worry you have to journey just for 3 hours and then you never come here again so why doing this so its really bad happened...

you have high speed train but we have still not i usually prefer 4 hours journey in train and more then it in bus so my time not wast.

Not since the new govt stepped in!! According to me the condition has improved heavily!! Water supply is regular, cleaner floors!!
Which train did you board? and from where to where?

@birjudanak Even I dont know how this happened!! Otherwise the strictness up here in north and even in western India is very high!!
