schoolyard camping

my two sons, aged 9 & 10 are in their annual backyard camping today. i have just been to the site to "secretly" check on them. (coz they don't want their mom snooping around, what a joy to see them seriously taking in the tasks of a boy scout. and i was looking at their tents, i vowed i'd get them better tents and sleeping bags next year. any suggestions of good ones?
