Shhhh....don't tell

You know how it goes....you think the house is clean and tidy, then you notice a dusty spiderweb on the ceiling that must have been there for ages. Much as I like spiders, this cobweb had to go. Reaching up carefully with a long handled duster, I gently swept the cobweb away. So how come a piece of plaster fell from the ceiling, leaving an unsightly gap? Botheration! I was about to confess to hubby that I broke part of the ceiling, but then decided to leave it, and see how long it takes for him to notice. My guess is he won't catch on until Christmas, when the decoration go up.

It's amazing how some of us don't notice these things sometimes for months.

And when we do notice, we don't always remember to do anything about it!

Uh oh. Good thing it's the ceiling, not on the wall or somewhere more obvious.

True, it's over 24 hours now and nobody's said anything.

I find the best way to deal with cobwebs is not to wear my glasses in the house.

@boiboing Ha ha, that's why I'm avoiding going for an eye test, I probably need specs.
