Where do you put your christmas tree?..

. I don't decorate our house on christmas nor any holidays but I am fascinated by them and how people really go through all that troubles putting up those decorations. I love those twinkling lights though and I have them outside up on the tree by the pool . I turn them on whenever I feel like it any time of the year and not because it's christmas.. Anyway, at the medical clinic last night, I noticed this lonely looking christmas tree. I thought, why did they place the christmas tree outside the toilet by the rubbish bin? Don't you think it's odd place for a christmas tree?.. Do you decorate your house for christmas? Where do you put your christmas tree? .. Bess

Nobody has to put up a Christmas tree. But if one decides for it, it should stand in the living-room.

@MALUSE Yes the lounge room or the family room is the perfect place for a christmas tree

It's our first (and probably last) christmas in this house, so we are not sure where to place ours. . . It will only be up for three days anyway so we will just shove it up in a corner somewhere.

That is an odd location. I wonder if perhaps they had no other space for it? With it being a medical place, I imagine they wanted everyone to be able to move around freely. A tree in the way would not make that possible. We don't decorate really anymore either. Mostly the trees are in front of windows, atleast in residences and small businesses with window fronts. We had a Christmas Tree in the break room one year. I can't think of any other odd places I might have seen one. The upside down trees are ridiculous!

@epiffanie They had some a few years ago at a kmart here in the States. It's really rather ridiculous looking if you ask me. I prefer a normal fake tree, green or white.

My Christmas tree is in my living room and stands in front of my big front window so it can be seen from the street. It's so pretty at night when it's lit. That is a very odd place to put a Christmas tree in your photo but maybe it was the only space they had for it?

I used to have a medium size tree that I would put up. But now I have a small tabletop tree. I don't really decorate it. It has LSD lights. I put it up on my counter near the kitchen.

@jstory07 I think a small tree is perfect. It would be quick and easy to put up and to take down

Always in the window, for the benefit of those, that don't have one, as they pass by.

Looking at the photo...the tree should be somewhere. I put out Christmas tree in the corner near the door. Since it is small, on top of a table or that earthen jar
